2nd level over one stall garage & split level ranch house

Located in Newburyport, Ma. this project was very extensive. The house was originally a split level rancxh. We added a 2nd level with two bedrooms & a masterbedroom, a masterbath with whirl[pool tub, and a full common bath. The masterbedroom has a large sitting area located over the existing garage with a round top window on front.

We bumped out the front of the building for a larger foyer that is open to the 2nd level. Added a bay window on the front left and two custom box bay windows to the right side.

On the rear of the building we added a three season porch with a  full open deck above. To the right side 2nd level masterbedroom cantilivered deck was added.
