Two Stall oversized Garage

2nd Level bonus room.
We recently had R & R Building Creations to build us an attached 2-car garage with a bonus unfinished room above. Before we began we got 5 estimates. R & R was not the cheapest estimate but we choose it over the others for several reasons.
Ray Houle from R & R Building Creations listened to what we wanted built. The plans he provided were exactly as we has specified. Some of the other companies seemed to have their own ideas about how it should be built and were not open to our ideas.
Ray gave us a written estimate, timetable for work to be done and payment dates. He even did some of the running around to get the building permit and variance we needed.
Ray and his son were there before we left for work each day and were still working when we got home most days.
All the work was performed expertly and with the materials that had been specified. Even the jobs that were contracted out were done well. Ray checked with us often to make sure everything was as we wanted and gave us the chance to change anything. We did make some last minute changes and he accommodated us. Since we didn’t break ground until November 1st we were on a tight schedule. All the deadlines were met and the garage was finished on schedule. We were parking inside before the first big snowstorm!
As can be predicted a few unexpected things, like a huge buried tree stump right in the way of the foundation walls came up, Ray provided an amended estimate and gave us the chance to review it before moving on. They work site was always left safe and clean and all debris was hauled away.
We are very happy with all of the work that was done. It was all very well done with top-notch materials. We would certainly hire R & R Building Creations again !
